Organisational Development
I am working especially with local actors, to offer support with the realization of project goals, and to foster their development process. It is the overall objective to enhance the organisations ownership and responsibility for their own growth.
It is my concern to enable organisations:
- to lern and
- (where necessary) to change structures and
- to transform.
Processoriented new finding will be explored and existing competencies elaborated or developed. The objective is to find sustainable positive impact through long term solutions.
