Humanitarian Assistance

I plan, design and accompany the implementation of humanitarian projects especially in the context of emergency missions, migration and rehabilitation. More than fifteen years working in the humanitarian sector made me gain profound knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of projects in different emergency settings worldwide.

I offer my expertise in the field of emergency assistance and "chaos management", as well as my experience to setting up new structures in the countries. Community based work and participatory approaches of programs to create sustainable processes and structures are of special importance to me.

I implement projects and programs in different cultural and political context, and do have the necessary conflict sensitive and openness as well as fast and flexible way of working. 

First hand experience in the humanitarian sector as Regional Director, Project Manager or Teamleader made me aware of the way to approach the special challenges for successful programs.
