About meNicole Bergmann
I am a certified agriculturist and my heart is beating for the international cooperation, especially the emergency assistance. Since fifteen years I have been working in various different INGO´s. Missions, countries, people, circumstances, challenges were always different and always new. In various positions I was able to support people around the world in different emergency missions, amongst others in Indonesia after the Tsunami, in Haiti and Nepal after earthquakes, in the Philippines and Myanmar after Hurricanes, in Kenya during drought, as well as in the context of migration and rehabilitation.
My experience in various positions and in several contexts has enabled me to look at our work from different perspectives and triggered my interest in organizational development. Good teams, clear strategic plans, functioning structures and processes are especially important in our work. With the goal to support partners, in order to deliver high quality work, I have become a consultant for organisational development.
Additionally I have been very interested in the subject of „duty of care“ for expatriates and returning expats. Therefore I have decided to get trained as a psychological consultant and systemic coach in order to be able to respond appropriate to their needs.
For my work the three components
are going hand in hand.
